1. Who we are

We share information only where it is reasonably necessary. Recipients may include website hosting, email and IT service providers; subcontractors or suppliers involved in your project; accountants, insurers and professional advisers; and regulators, courts, law enforcement or public authorities where required by law.

Service providers acting for us are expected to protect the information and use it only for the agreed service. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we use a transfer permitted by data protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards, where required.

5. Cookies, advertising tracking and external links

Most of our public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our garden-transformation advertising landing page offers optional Meta Pixel tracking. The Pixel is not loaded unless you choose “Accept tracking”. If accepted, it records a page view and, after a successful enquiry, a Lead event. It may also process advertising referral information, device and browser identifiers, IP address and Meta cookies so that Renvaro and Meta can measure and improve advertising.

You can reject tracking and continue to use the page and enquiry form. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control on the landing page. We use Meta Pixel ID 1416161880371395. Information is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and/or its group companies under their applicable privacy terms.

Essential technology may still be used for website security, form handling, administration and remembering your consent choice. Our website may also link to third-party services, including social media sites. Those services control their own use of personal information, so please read their privacy information when you visit them.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, including legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. As a guide:

  • enquiries that do not become projects are usually kept for up to 24 months after our last contact;
  • customer, project, payment and related correspondence may be kept for up to seven years after the project or financial relationship ends;
  • newsletter details are kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal suppression record so we respect your choice; and
  • technical security records are kept only for the period reasonably needed to protect and troubleshoot the website.

We may keep information for longer if a dispute, legal claim or regulatory requirement makes that necessary. We securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for their work. No online system is completely secure, but we review our safeguards and respond to suspected incidents.

8. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your information; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; delete information; restrict how it is used; receive certain information in a portable format; or object to particular uses.

Your right to object

You can object at any time to our use of your information for direct marketing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, although we may continue where we have compelling lawful reasons.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity. Data protection rights can be subject to exemptions, and we will explain our decision if a request cannot be met in full.

9. Children’s information

Our services and website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, website or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
